I. General provisions

1. Section "Qualification characteristics of the positions of employees of institutions of bodies for youth affairs" of the Unified qualification handbook positions of managers, specialists and employees (hereinafter referred to as CAS) is intended to address issues related to the regulation labor relations, ensuring an effective personnel management system in institutions of youth affairs bodies (hereinafter referred to as institutions).

2. The section "Qualification characteristics of the positions of employees of institutions of bodies for youth affairs" of the CEN consists of three sections: I - "General provisions"; - "Positions of managers"; - "Positions of specialists".

The qualification characteristics contained in the section "Qualification characteristics of the positions of employees of institutions of bodies for youth affairs (hereinafter referred to as qualification characteristics)" of the CEN can be used as normative documents direct action or serve as the basis for the development of job descriptions for employees of institutions containing a specific list of job responsibilities, taking into account the specifics of the organization of production, labor and management, as well as the rights and responsibilities of employees.

3. The qualification description of each position contains three sections: "Job Responsibilities", "Must Know" and "Qualification Requirements".

The issue of the distribution of duties of the deputy directors of the institution (branch of the institution) is decided on the basis of internal organizational and administrative documents.

6. In the process of taking measures to improve the organization and increase the efficiency of the work of employees of the institution, it is possible to expand the range of their duties in comparison with the established corresponding qualification characteristics. In these cases, without changing the job title, the employee may be entrusted with the performance of duties stipulated by the qualification characteristics of other positions that are similar in content to work, equal in complexity, the performance of which does not require a different specialty and qualification.

7. Youth work specialist

1. General Provisions

1.1. This job description defines and regulates the powers, functional and job duties, rights and responsibilities of a youth work specialist [Name of organization in the genitive case] (hereinafter referred to as the Institution).

2. Job responsibilities

The Youth Specialist is required to perform the following labor functions:

3. Rights

The youth worker has the right to:

4. Responsibility and performance evaluation

4.1. A youth worker bears administrative, disciplinary and material (and in some cases, provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, also criminal) responsibility for:

5. Working conditions
