At some terminal stations, control rooms are closed, or they are at a great distance from the terminal station and the driver cannot go to his needs during the inter-trip time. Canteens for drivers are closed at many terminal stations. For this reason, in order to somehow resolve all these pressing issues and solve them at the round table on March 18, 2016. A round table meeting on the problems of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans was held in the Moscow City Duma. To which were invited almost all heads of branches and State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgortrans", drivers of buses, trolleybuses and trams of various branches. But the leadership of Mosgortrans State Unitary Enterprise and its branches did not appear at the meeting, and the drivers who were invited to the meeting were not allowed to attend the Round Table using intimidation and threats. Someone was specially put on duty that day, someone was forced to write a refusal to go to the meeting, they were even summoned from the legal days off laid down by the Labor Code and put on duty. The meeting of the "Round Table" in the Moscow City Duma took place, all those present exchanged views, suggestions and built a normal system for resolving issues, in strict accordance with " Labor Code”and taking into account the opinions of all employees of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans.

After the end of the meeting, in the branches of the State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgortrans" repressions began against the participants of the "Round Table". For (budgetary funds) the drivers were set up with espionage illegal total surveillance. Instead of restoring order in their units and eliminating existing shortcomings, leaders of various levels, like prison guards, watch daily video recordings of vehicle registrars from the Round Slot participants and invent various nitpicks in order to fire objectionable drivers! Following the meeting, the deputy of the Moscow City Duma of the Communist Party faction N.G. Zubrilin expressed the opinion that the leadership of the State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgortrans" is obliged to enter into a constructive dialogue with the labor collective and trade unions, to jointly solve all emerging problems. The participants of the meeting prepared a Resolution, after reading it, it was handed over to the deputy for appeal to various authorities. This meeting showed that the leadership of the State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgortrans" manages the labor collective by depressive methods, by intimidating drivers and repairmen, and is trying by any means to get rid of the trade union MPROTO, which protects the rights of wage laborers.

After the event, a rather unattractive, provocative role of the deputy head of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans, Mr. Velichko A.M., opened up near the administration building of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans. He has no understanding of what he should do in his post! He can't do anything except "push and don't let go"! He does not understand technical side of his position, does not know the peculiarities of the functioning of public transport in Moscow, does not understand the problems that exist today in various branches. He is far from the transport system of Moscow, both in his education and in human qualities. He cannot work constructively with people, having dictatorial manners and low moral qualities, he organizes various intrigues, splits labor collectives, sets separate groups of drivers on others, thereby undermining the authority of those leaders who really do important work and manage their subordinates and try to minimize all the risks of today's reality that arise for various reasons in Mosgortrans State Unitary Enterprise.

In conclusion, I would like to say that the deputy of the Moscow City Duma Nikolai Zubrilin will apply to the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Semyonovich Sobyanin, and ask him to dismiss the deputy head of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans, Mr. Velichko A.M. for extreme unprofessionalism, for a provocative attitude towards drivers working in various branches of Mosgortrans State Unitary Enterprise, for the inability to constructively consider complaints and suggestions, for the inability to work with people, for spy mania implanted in relations with drivers, for artificially inciting conflicts within labor collectives.
