2.1. Acceptance and delivery of rollers is carried out in batches.

The volume of the batch is established by agreement of the parties. The batch must consist of rollers of the same type or size, made from the same materials, processed according to the same technological process and simultaneously presented for acceptance according to one document.

2.2. When checking the rollers for compliance with the requirements of paragraphs. 1.1.1, 1.1.3, 1.2.1 - 1.2.3, 1.2.5 - 1.2.7, 1.2.10 - 1.2.16 apply a two-stage control in accordance with Table. 4.

Table 4

Lot size, pcs.

Stage of control

The volume of one sample, pcs.

The volume of two samples, pcs.

acceptance number

Rejection number

2.3. A batch of rollers is accepted if the number of defective rollers in the first sample is less than or equal to the acceptance number, and rejected without assigning a second sample if the number of defective rollers is greater than or equal to the rejection number.

If the number of defective rollers in the first sample is greater than the acceptance number, but less than the rejection number, a second sample is taken.

A batch of rollers is accepted if the number of defective rollers in two samples is less than or equal to the acceptance number, and rejected if the number of rollers in two samples is greater than or equal to the rejection number.

The rollers must be subjected to periodic tests for compliance with paragraphs. 1.2.4, 1.2.8 - 1.2.9, 1.3.8 at least twice a year. At the same time, at least 5 rollers are selected from the batch for testing.

Periodic tests are also carried out when replacing the materials used.

If, when checking the selected samples, at least one roller does not meet the requirements specified in paragraphs. 1.2.4, 1.2.8, 1.2.9, 1.3.8, repeated tests should be carried out on twice the number of products taken from the same lot.

In case of unsatisfactory results of the repeated check, the batch of rollers is not subject to acceptance.

2.4. The user has the right to conduct a quality control check of the rollers, while observing the above sampling procedure and applying the test methods established by this standard.

3. Test methods

3.1. The linear dimensions of the rollers must be checked using measuring instruments with a permissible error of ± 0.1 mm or a template. The diameter of the bracket and the tolerance of the roundness of the body are checked using measuring instruments with an error of ± 0.1 mm.

3.2. Control for compliance with the requirements given in paragraphs. 1.1.1 (in terms of reference samples), 1.2.1 (with the exception of the pile height), 1.2.2, 1.2.3, 1.2.6, 1.2.7, 1.2.13 - 1.2.15, must be carried out visually - by the method comparison with a standard sample.

1 - coating sample; 2 - seam

3.3. The quality of the seam (clause 1.2.4) is checked on a 50 mm wide part cut out of the fur coating. The check is carried out using a general-purpose dynamometer of the 2nd accuracy class by applying a static load for 1 min according to the scheme indicated in Fig. five.

Breaking the base of the fur along the seam is not allowed.

3.4. The strength of welded joints for compliance with the requirements of clause 1.2.8 is checked using a general-purpose dynamometer of the 2nd accuracy class by applying a static load for 1 min.

3.5. The strength of the connection of the bracket or rod with the handle (clause 1.2.9) is checked on special devices using a general-purpose dynamometer of the 2nd accuracy class by applying a static load for 1 min.

3.6. The quality of the assembly of the rollers for compliance with clauses 1.2.10, 1.2.11 is checked by rolling the roller without applying additional effort on a wooden board with roughness Rz 500 microns according to GOST 7016.

The roller roller must rotate freely without slipping, and the coating must remain fixed by the housing and bearing.

3.7. The surface density of the fabric for compliance with the requirements of clause 1.3.8 must be checked in accordance with GOST 3811 if its value is not set in the regulatory and technical documentation.

3.8. Control of metal and non-metal inorganic coatings - according to GOST 9.302.

Requirements for the appearance of paint and varnish coatings - according to GOST 22133.

4. Transportation and storage

4.1. Packed rollers can be transported by any type of transport provided that measures are taken to protect the rollers from mechanical damage and moisture.

4.2. Storage of rollers - according to the group of storage conditions 2 GOST 15150.

If, when checking the selected samples, at least one roller does not meet the requirements specified in paragraphs. , , , , retests should be carried out on twice the number of items taken from the same lot

(in terms of standard samples), (with the exception of the pile height), , , , , - , must be carried out visually - by comparing with a standard sample.

3.3. The quality of the seam (p.) is checked on a 50 mm wide part of this coating cut out from the fur coating. The check is carried out using a general-purpose dynamometer of the 2nd accuracy class by applying a static load for 1 min according to the scheme indicated in Fig. .

Breaking the base of the fur along the seam is not allowed.

3.4. The strength of welded joints for compliance with the requirements of clause is checked using a general-purpose dynamometer of the 2nd accuracy class by applying a static load for 1 min.

3.5. The strength of the connection of the bracket or rod with the handle (p.) is checked on special devices using a general-purpose dynamometer of the 2nd accuracy class by applying a static load for 1 min.

3.6. The quality of the assembly of the rollers in accordance with paragraph. , check by rolling a roller without applying additional effort on a wooden board roughness Rz 500 µm GOST 7016.

The roller roller must rotate freely without slipping, and the coating must remain fixed by the housing and bearing.

3.7. The surface density of the fabric for compliance with the requirements of paragraph. should be checked against GOST 3811 if its value is not established in the normative and technical documentation.

3.8. Control of metallic and non-metallic inorganic coatings - by GOST 9.302.

Requirements for the appearance of paint and varnish coatings - according to GOST 22133.

4. Transportation and storage

4.1. Packed rollers can be transported by any type of transport provided that measures are taken to protect the rollers from mechanical damage and moisture.

4.2. Roller storage - storage group 2 GOST 15150.
