Ao npp flight. Research and production enterprise "flight"

Perhaps, when describing work in a company, it would be more appropriate to use the well-known obscene phrase, but I will limit myself to the words "FULL ASS".

1. The company, like many others, has its old favorites, it is they who form the "managerial backbone". In general, you say so everywhere, but the fact is that this very "backbone" is made up of old senile and stupid redneck gopniks who don't care about anything and everything. The director, they also do not enjoy special respect, every Monday morning, he arranges a debriefing, along the way weighing fofans to everyone present at the planning meeting, but after a couple of hours everyone safely forgets about what happened and suffers the usual garbage until the end of the week. Especially here I would like to mention the Commercial Director of the company. The most important position in the company, which constantly needs additional sales markets, has been occupied by a woman of 70 years of age for 20 years. Which is not something to use the Internet, she can’t even connect 2 words.

2. Whatever position you get, you will do what you are told, from sweeping the territory to writing some technological instructions. And only 10% of your time, you will be doing what you signed up for.

3. If you like to show initiative, you will live worse than others. This is completely unsupported here. Even if your solution is better than the existing one, NEVER talk about it. If you disobey my warnings, then most likely tomorrow they will come to you, pat you on the shoulder and explain that your decision is generally good, and you are instructed to redo everything as the management deems it necessary. And you will begin to remake, at first as you yourself wanted, and then more and more moving away from the original idea towards the ASS. Because management will definitely correct you at every step. In the end, you will receive a ready-made solution / product that will allegedly be created exclusively according to your idea. In fact, you yourself will not be happy with the resulting creation, because there is nothing left of the original. But further, worse, the project is yours "completely" and YOUR responsibility. And I assure you, at the next planning meeting you will receive a hat from the same technical director who directed you in his direction at every step. Because he, yesterday for the first time, for the entire time of his work, decided to share his creation with the director, but he did not like it at all. Congratulations, you caught the de-award. And also, they wasted time and material that will be deducted from your salary.

4. A little about the team. Imagine a "friendly women's team." Represented? Great, that's exactly how it is here. Everyone is trying to push their duties onto you, with any of your jambs, management will immediately find out about it, if you look badly at some person, most likely tomorrow not the most pleasant rumors will go about you throughout the office / production.

5. It happens that they decide not to pay the salary. Well, i.e. instead of 30, get 15. Because the stars have developed that way. No, they will not be returned to you later. Yes, you will find 1001 reasons why you were not paid.

This scheme does not work with bonuses. There is no award. At all.

6. One more thing about drivers. It's better not to be a driver. They live the worst. You will be paid for the time from 8 to 17 pm, and 15 hours will be sent to Moscow for self-cutting URGENTLY. Can you guess what time you will be back? And so EVERY DAY. No, not only for self-cutting and not always at 15 o'clock. Most likely they will send you to Moscow for something else at 9 am. But then they will definitely call at 15 o'clock and ask to "drop in along the way" to another part of Moscow.

In conclusion, I will say:

Small children!

No way

Don't go to Africa

Walk in Africa!

Sharks in Africa

Gorillas in Africa

In Africa, large

Angry crocodiles

They will bite you

Beat and offend -

Don't go kids

Visit the unique and legendary Nizhny Novgorod enterprise, which was previously top secret and was called the Gorky Research Institute of Radio Communication. Today, its name in abbreviated form looks like this: FSPC FSUE "NPP "Polyot" (Federal Research and Production Center, Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Production Enterprise "Polyot").

Today NPP "Polyot" has become more open, although it is one of the leaders in the industry in aviation radio communication technology for military and civil purposes. And NPP "Polyot" has many years of experience in the development of medical equipment. And, they say, this technique works wonders.

For reference:
It develops and manufactures control and communication systems on aircraft carriers, airborne and ground equipment (receiver, transmitter, radio stations, intercom and switching equipment, protection devices, antenna-feeder devices, etc.), systems and equipment for environmental monitoring, medical devices for aspiration, aeroionotherapy, magnetotherapy, biorhythm stimulation. It cooperates with foreign firms of the CIS countries, Europe, Asia, the products are used in Asian countries.

I will make a reservation right away, do not expect the secrets of the enterprise - I was not interested in them. But there will be interesting photos and moments of our history. For example, you knew that there used to be a right to drive a bicycle, or what Komsomolskaya Square looked like in 1965, and also how emails are called. circuits with wiring diagrams? Interesting? Then go ahead!

A 15-storey building rises above the square - the main building of NPP Polet

Here it is worth noting that recently, in addition to the high-rise building of the Research and Production Enterprise Polet, the square is "decorated" by a light tower installed on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

This is what the building looked like in the 80s. With all the necessary communist paraphernalia

And this is also Komsomolskaya Square, only a sample of 1965. And a year earlier (August 28, 1964), in order to create long-range radio communication equipment, by order of the Supreme Economic Council of the Council of Ministers of the USSR, a branch of the Moscow Research Institute of Radio Communications was created on the basis of the Gorky Communications Equipment Plant.

This is an exposition of the museum of NPP "Polyot" - yes, it has its own museum. Of course, it does not contain modern secrets, but there are plenty of curious exhibits, especially for those keen on radio electronics.

Explication of the location of buildings NPP "Polyot"

Among the exhibits in the museum there are many different radio stations and communication devices - witnesses of the legendary past of our country

It is worth noting that since the formation in 1964, NPP Polet has gone from the development of separate radio communication equipment to the creation of aviation radio communication complexes and systems. The radio communication equipment of NPP Polet is installed on airplanes and helicopters of all domestic aircraft-building design bureaus: Tupolev, Ilyushin, Antonov, Mikoyan, Sukhoi, Mil, Kamov, Yakovlev, Beriev. Among them: Il-96, Tu-204, Tu-160, An-124, MiG-29, MiG-31, Su-27, Mi-28, Ka-252.
If you wish, you can easily find a historical information about the rich past of the enterprise and a list of products on the Internet. Therefore, I will not dwell on this.

I was surprised by this exhibit of the museum - a certificate for the right to drive ... a bicycle.
Today it is hard to imagine that in order to ride a bicycle some 40 years ago it was necessary to pass an exam and get a license in DOSAAF.

Let's return from the past to the present day. We were introduced only to the "accessible" shops of NPP "Polyot".

Electroplating shop for the production of printed circuit boards.
This unit is difficult to name: a machine for technical control of manufactured printed circuit boards. The essence of his work is quality control. He in the program mode "rings" e-mail. circuits with connection diagrams.

After installing the board in the machine, the robots begin their work

The laser conducts its quality check

Employees of the electroplating shop carry out visual inspection of printed circuit boards

Next, the boards go to the assembly and assembly shop for finished products for aircraft radio stations.

Here the main tool is an ordinary soldering iron.
