Risk assessment
The most important skill of an entrepreneur is to foresee all possible risk options. Based on possible situations, it is required to build the work in such a way that, when entering the market, reduce the risk of losses in the future, identify unreliable investors and suppliers.

Financial section of the business plan
Calculations of the financial plan make it clear the reality of the project based on economic feasibility and attractiveness for investment. The forecast is made for two or three years.
The first - once a month, the second and third - once a quarter. The section includes the following documents:
- sales forecast;
- projected balance;
- investment forecast;
- projected profits and costs;
- calculation of the break-even point of the project;
- financial flow report.
The statement of cash flows is a document by which you can determine the movement of funds.
The report should contain data on accruals of profits, loans and investments, investment expenses (acquisition of fixed assets), the flow of financial resources that remain at the beginning of the period.
It is better to calculate the break-even point in commodity and financial terms for each billing period.
