NOMENCLATURE (CLASSIFIER) OF SPECIALTIES OF SPECIALISTS WITH HIGHER MEDICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL EDUCATION IN HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Note:

1. The training of specialists in the main specialties is carried out through internships (in specialties determined by the Ministry of Health of Russia), residency, postgraduate studies.

2. The training of specialists in specialties requiring in-depth training is carried out through professional retraining, residency, postgraduate studies in the presence of a certificate in the relevant main specialty.

3. A specialist with a higher medical, pharmaceutical education has the right to train and receive a basic specialty or a specialty that requires in-depth training, only if he has access to the relevant position.

a list of specialties of medical workers and pharmaceutical workers for which, before March 18, 2014, a specialist certificate and (or) a document confirming the assignment of a qualification category were issued, for which compliance is established after training in an additional professional program (professional retraining, advanced training), according to the appendix N2.

Residents of Crimea can engage in medical and pharmaceutical activities if they have a specialist certificate issued before March 18, 2014 and (or) a document confirming the assignment of a qualification category in specialties corresponding to those indicated in the Russian nomenclature of specialties.

A list of Ukrainian specialties is also given, for which compliance is established only after training in an additional professional program (professional retraining, advanced training).

It should be noted that if the specialty assigned in Ukraine does not correspond to the Russian one, a person is allowed to engage in medical and pharmaceutical activities after passing the exam in the specialty and obtaining a specialist certificate.

This Order shall enter into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.

In accordance with paragraph 5.2.7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2012 No. 608 ; No. 20, item 2477; No. 22, item 2812; No. 33, item 4386; No. 45, item 5822; 2014, No. 12, item 1296; No. 26, item 3577; No. 30, item 4307; No. 37, item 4969; 2015, No. 2, item 491; No. 12, item 1763; No. 23, item 3333), I order:

1. Approve the attached nomenclature of specialties of specialists with higher medical and pharmaceutical education.

2. Establish that the certificates of specialists in the specialties "Diabetology", "Clinical Mycology" and "Laboratory Mycology", issued before the entry into force of this order, are valid until the expiration of the period specified in them.

3. Recognize as invalid:

order of the Ministry of Health and social development of the Russian Federation dated April 23, 2009 No. 210n “On the nomenclature of specialties for specialists with higher and postgraduate medical and pharmaceutical education in the field of healthcare of the Russian Federation” (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on June 5, 2009, registration No. 14032);

Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of February 9, 2011 No. 94n “On Amending the Nomenclature of Specialties of Specialists with Higher and Postgraduate Medical and Pharmaceutical Education in the Healthcare Sector of the Russian Federation” (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 16, 2011, registration number 20144).

A new nomenclature of specialties for specialists with higher medical and pharmaceutical education has been established.

It includes 94 specialties. The new nomenclature does not imply a division into specialties obtained at a university, basic specialties and specialties that require additional training.

Appeared new specialty- osteopathy.

At the same time in new nomenclature not included such specialties as "Diabetology", "Clinical Mycology" and "Laboratory Mycology". Previously issued certificates of specialists in these specialties are valid until the expiration of the period specified in them.

In accordance with paragraph 5.2.2. I ORDER:

1. Approve the attached Nomenclature of specialties for specialists with higher and postgraduate medical and pharmaceutical education in the healthcare sector of the Russian Federation in accordance with the appendix.

2. Recognize invalid the Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation dated March 11, 2008 No. 112n "On the nomenclature of specialties of specialists with higher and postgraduate medical and pharmaceutical education in the field of healthcare of the Russian Federation" (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 20, 2008 No. 11384).

1.1. The nomenclature (classifier) ​​of specialties of specialists with high medical and pharmaceutical education in healthcare institutions of the Russian Federation (Appendix 1).

1.2. The list of compliance of medical and pharmacist specialties with the positions of specialists (Appendix 2).

2. Heads of healthcare management bodies, pharmaceutical service management bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, chief physicians of the centers of state sanitary and epidemiological supervision in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, heads of scientific and educational medical institutions shall consider the qualification categories previously assigned to them valid until the next certification of doctors and pharmacists.

3. Until January 1, 2000, the Department of Medical Statistics and Informatics should revise the forms of reports of health care institutions and make changes in accordance with the nomenclature of specialties approved by this order.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation G.G. Onishchenko.
