Metropolitan Hilarion: Electronic passports lead to complete control over a person. Electronic passport - what are we fighting against

“Secularization under the guise of democratization actually released in the European superstate, which is the cultural heir to the Roman Empire, a colossal energy of subjugation by power. This ebullient en Hergia today seeks to finally break with Christianity, which has held back its totalitarian impulses for seventeen centuries,” said Metropolitan Hilarion, head of the Synodal Department for External Church Relations, speaking at the Pontifical Theological Faculty of Southern Italy in the suburbs of Naples. It is reported by Interfax-Religion.

AT As a result, as the archpastor noted, this energy unconsciously strives for the establishment of "absolute dictatorship, which will require the establishment of complete control over every member of society."

“Isn’t this what we are going for, “for security purposes” agreeing to mandatory introduction electronic passports, universal fingerprinting and widespread planting of cameras? After all, all this can be easily used for other purposes, which can also be attributed to “increased security measures,” he said.

According to the metropolitan, today in Western countries destructive freedom from moral principles, universal values is proclaimed, instead of respect for the feelings of other people, "it preaches permissiveness, ignoring the beliefs and values of the majority", affirms the principle of uncontrollable satisfaction of human passions and vices.

“The aggressive mood of such a falsely understood freedom brings it closer to the totalitarianism of the era of persecution (against the first Christians - “IF”) and the atheism of the 20th century. "Totalitarian freedom" based on human passions brings us back to the time of the pagans, albeit in a more crafty and sophisticated form," he said.

According to the representative of the Church, "militant atheism, often in the most ugly and grotesque forms, has again raised its head and boldly declared itself in the vastness of Europe."

“And now we see buses driving around London with the inscriptions “There is no God, enjoy life” or “You are gay, be proud of it.” We hear about how in Paris with batons and tear gas they disperse a demonstration of supporters of traditional family values who do not want the adoption of children by same-sex couples. We are witnessing how blasphemers appear on the pulpit of the main temple of Moscow, with their actions causing the approval of a certain part of society, and how then a similar action is played out in Notre Dame in Paris, ”he stated.

Great Victory and digital identity

On May 1, at 0300, after desperate and stubborn battles with Hitler's selected troops, the banner of Victory was hoisted on the pediment of the Reichstag. This banner symbolically embodied all banners and flags. Which, during fierce battles, were hoisted by groups of Captain V.N. Makov, Lieutenant R. Koshbakarev, Major M. M. Bondar and many other soldiers. From the main entrance to the roof, their heroic path was marked with red banners, flags and flags, as if now merged into a single Banner of Victory. It was a triumph of victory, a triumph of courage and heroism of Soviet soldiers, a great people. But not only this symbol of victory sealed the defeated office of fascism. Each soldier who survived in desperate battles sealed his victory on the fascist legions with his personal signature, his name on the Reichstag. Our three-part name, which is often reflected in the form of abbreviated characters in the signature of a literate person, we inherited from the free citizens of Rome, free citizens from the Byzantine imperial traditions. Third Russian Rome...

A beard for every girl along with SNILS at school

Often, when you watch mass advertising, you catch yourself thinking about how, with its help, the population is very accurately conveyed or conveyed very clear prospects for the future trajectories of the development of society. Intrusive advertising of the green operator cellular communication on all TV channels on the eve of the school year, “sucks in instructions for children to beg for a low-grade tablet” and ends with the words “sister grows a beard.” Such an advertising slogan replicated in the souls of children by a shameless operator after the victory of a bearded woman at the children's and teenage Eurovision disgrace sounds really mocking and menacing, if it is not at all hidden propaganda of the night club of the same name opened in Moscow. But the reality is much worse. Everything will get worse. Together with the received SNILS, soon all children in the school will now be guaranteed a gender change, as is already practiced in British schools through hormone therapy. High-ranking sodomites coming up with such documents will not stop. WITH...

Yakovleva, only the Communist Party faction received more than 400 thousand signatures against this Federal Law, forcing the authorities to make some concessions and introduce the principles of voluntary entry into electronic system and coexistence with it. Years later, again, the rulers are trying to bet not on gaining people's trust, but on total control and management through ...

The head of the Communist Party faction in ...

I call on patriots to put their signatures on the bill for a traditional paper passport with a nationality column

A universal electronic passport-card will be issued to everyone from 2017. On May 21, at 13:11 at the government hour in the State Duma, the head of the Federal Migration Service gave such an answer to the question-request of deputy I.E. Kostunov, a representative of the ruling party from the Voronezh region, to speed up the introduction of a single international and domestic passport in the form of an electronic card. He added that a commission on this issue had already been held on Monday, the bill had already been submitted to the Government, and everything depended on the position of the Ministry of Finance. Probably, there is no money yet to pay for millions of electronic passports already printed with foreign chips (from 150 billion rubles). In connection with such statements by high-ranking officials, it is necessary to once again call on patriots to collect signatures for a bill on a traditional paper passport with a nationality column, introduced by the deputies of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation on the results of the October round table in the State Duma against electronic slavery. I have to appeal to all citizens of the country ...

Electroad - soon for everyone

On the eve of National Unity Day, the FMS tried once again to make the entire population of the country happy. Giving all the patriots who do not understand the threats from the electric enslavers a clear hint. Well, you still dream about the return of the nationality column, about some kind of rights and freedoms, about the right of nations to self-determination ... dream, remember, nostalgic. And while you are in captivity of the Valdai rhetoric, all this will be forcibly erased, depersonalized and unified according to the unified transnational standards of the secret world government. As you know, any predatory animal, even a leopard on bear paws, except for a high-flying bird, backs away before a decisive throw, it seems to retreat a little, hide behind verbal bushes, and is even ready to give way to a more advantageous position, superiority to a more cruel leader ... For one thing. In order to make a decisive jump on an unsuspecting victim, using the easily gullible burdocks as an additional point for a rigid support. Capture with electronic fangs the main...

Standing up against electronic slavery

The materials of the national round table against electronic slavery were previously offered to the attention of readers. Continuing to acquaint citizens with the full texts of the reports prepared for the speech, revealing the essence of the problem, Special attention I would like to draw on the briefest speech of Valentina Arkhipovna Vasilyeva, a simple grandmother. Which alone could simply prove her Faith by deed. Not expecting anyone, not being afraid or embarrassed. But the most surprising thing is that all subsequent actions of the authorities (and plans for the future) to introduce the basic register of the population of the Russian Federation, attempts to urgently develop and assign an identification number to each citizen, reflected in the author's early articles, fit into the structure of her short speech. And right now, when they are preparing for a decisive attack against the people, it would be nice for officials to get acquainted with the people's opinion and attitude towards all ill-conceived innovations. And while we have a few weeks before the adoption of laws that can significantly shift the country's development, not for the better .. .

Electronic fire according to the European, NATO schedule

On October 24, the Federation Council held Parliamentary hearings: "Legislative support of the rights of subjects of personal data during their automated processing." The parliamentary hearings were supposed to take place in the form of a public presentation of the draft law “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On Personal Data” prepared by the Federation Council.” However, in reality, it was impossible to talk about publicity. The hearings were almost secret, led by the chairman of the Federation Council herself. They were organized in a short time. There were a lot of officials from almost all the departments concerned. Such participation in a closed event compared to the people's round table held on October 7 in the State Duma against the electronic ...

Federal migration idiocy on a Russian scale

“All Russians will be able to sign up as criminals and “roll back fingers” when receiving electronic passports. Then these biometric data will be entered into new electronic passports. They plan to issue plastic identity cards from birth. From January 1, 2015. Such important topic devoted to the latest issue of the Rossiyskaya Gazeta dated October 21, 2013, posted on the Internet. All of Moscow is on the verge of national riots,” writes Nikolai Mishustin, head of the Moscow City Duma working group on protecting families and children from juvenile technologies, in a comment received by the Russian People’s Line. According to him, the FMS is going to “make the entire population happy with another electronic nano-innovation”: “Put an electronic passport with a Chip instead of a pacifier for each baby. Due to an unthinkable number of failures, the UEC practically collapsed; the governors, despite pressure, did not provide regional funding. Therefore, in order to urgently save the project of chipization of the population by transnational offices and controlled electronic ...

The creation of a single electronic database poses a threat to national security

The faction of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, together with patriotic movements, as part of the implementation of the people's initiative, plans to hold a round table at which over 25,000 real signatures will be provided in support of the draft law on a people's passport. Currently, Russian citizens are increasingly being discriminated against in many areas of society for their desire to preserve traditional ways of survival and live in accordance with age-old historical traditions. There is increasing pressure on citizens who do not accept the use of documents containing digital and electronic lifelong personal identifiers: a personal code in the passport, pension (with the possibility of unnatural sex change) SNILS, social security card, TIN, UEC, using a closed (not readable without technical means) automated processing of personal data. At a time when crime and departments have begun a real hunt for personal data, Western intelligence agencies are engaged in total espionage on the global network, all information can be found in the markets...

Do Russians need a digital Babylon?

On February 25, at the initiative of Archpriest Vsevolod Chaplin, hearings were held in the Public Chamber on the topic: "The situation of citizens who refuse electronic control and personal data processing." High-ranking officials of departments and ordinary activists who resist the total electronization of Russia were democratically invited to the round table. Everyone was given the opportunity to express their position. Many activists, after so many years of resisting the electron-innovations, were surprised to start a dialogue with the authorities. However, nothing new was heard from them. An old set of dogmas repeatedly expressed one-sidedly in the pro-government media, convincing us of the delights of electronic prosperity while building a new, digital Babylon. Dialogue between different poles of the planet, government and society. So far, the deaf with the dumb. But nevertheless, one handout after a three-hour public hearing was voiced to the people. Deputy head of the FMS A. Fomenko said that passports of the 1997 model will be issued until 2025, and the UEC will be combined with ...

“We are at the beginning of the information war of perverts against traditional society”

Sexual betrayal is family betrayal. A betrayal of a small Motherland is a betrayal of the country. A betrayal of faith is a betrayal of the people. Who will save us from the perverted freaks? Gender-sodomitic multi-passport for every Russian in 2 years? Multi-passport of a traitor to every citizen of Russia? In the new year, on the eve of the arrival of the IMF group, the Russian authorities decided to present another gift to the population - an electronic multi-passport. Christmas readings died down at many venues, patriotic people had not yet had time to disperse from the capital ... So what? And in his back and in pursuit to all ends - a gift from perverts. " Russian newspaper» January 29, 2013 published the draft Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On the main document proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation." The new multi-passport guarantees citizens the right to change their natural sex. First, betrayal of the God-given natural sex, then faith. And under this it will be necessary to agree upon receipt of a multi-passport. Put a laser signature on the card. Seal the renunciation voluntarily for the sake of retaining citizenship and...

God protects the safe, but who guards the electronic? ..

On January 26, a very impressive meeting of citizens who are not indifferent to the uncontested introduction of a universal electronic card took place at the Kosmos cinema. More than a thousand people occupied all the seats even before the opening, many people stood in the aisles. People were worried about the total introduction of the UEC and the possibility of the Bishops' Council of the Russian Orthodox Church making a decision on sensitive issues for believing citizens without taking into account the opinion of thousands of Russians, who are really discriminated against by authorities at all levels and instances for their unwillingness to use documents with digital identifiers, be it gender-sodomitic SNILS, which provides for the change of biological sex in pursuit of early retirement, TIN, personal identification number in the passport, and now UEK. After the prayer service, the organizers gave the author the opportunity to speak with overview threats to society from the implementation of the UEC, the main theses of which I hope will be supported not only by the audience of the meeting, but also by readers. The working group on protecting families and children from juvenile technologies under the Communist Party faction in the Moscow City Duma...

Big cons for the sake of a penny in the black

Situational experiments on children in the education system have long gone beyond the ability of parents to perceive. The active actions of the new leadership of the education of the capital are more and more reminiscent of the dismantling of the reference system of "Moscow Education", which the whole country tried to follow before. The de-ideologized short-term situational planning horizons of the authorities are increasingly suppressing the strategic goals of a sovereign state related to the reproduction and education of a new competitive people from small children. The voluntaristic Unified State Examination of the school lowered the corruption potential of university departments to school desks, now even small children in kindergartens will look into the greedy bottomless eyes of shameless capital. The essence of the education reforms in Moscow in the last quarter of this year, ill-conceived in any social and public plan, comes down to holding, absorption of kindergartens by schools, houses children's creativity and vice versa on a territorial basis. Originally stated...

Electronic knife for children

The empty, grandiloquent and leavened words of officials died away by the beginning of the school year, parents went to schools and faced new realities, a new grin of the sphere managerization children's education. The new head of Moscow education, this elephant in a china shop, introduced new rules for providing additional education in schools and children's art houses. Since September 1, an electronic registration for additional education has been introduced and a new package of documents is required to provide it. A lot of references from personal personal information it is necessary to collect for the family and the child and overtake open internet into a single registry. Cybercrime has long mastered these data arrays, and now children will become the target of cybercriminals and teams of black transpotologists. Many parents who care about their children tried to give maximum opportunities for the comprehensive development of the talents and abilities of children. They signed up for sports, music, fine arts, needlework circles, knowing full well that only creative, motor-developing activities ...

The stigma of a prisoner to the victorious people?

On April 11, at the Moscow Regional Duma, at the suggestion of Deputy Zenina Svetlana Ivanovna, a round table was held on the topic “Peculiarities of introducing a universal electronic card on the territory of the Moscow Region”. A deputy who participated in a joint rally on April 16, 2011 against the UEC and juvenile technologies, Zenina S.I. an attempt to put the bill on the agenda of the regional Duma was blocked. UEC lobbyists hope to push through this bill again. The Moscow region has remained one of the 6 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, where laws on the implementation of UEC have not yet been adopted. All the same, the capital is nearby and once again they were afraid to disturb people after mass protests against the UEC before the elections. More than 50 opponents of the implementation of the UEC took part in the round table, setting a very heated tone for the discussion. For the first time, opponents of the UEC and representatives of departments that are totally implementing the UEC, acting. General Director of OAO UEC of the Moscow Region, Deputy Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the Government of the Moscow Region, Leading...

The collection of signatures under this initiative took place on the initiative working group under the faction of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation in the Moscow City Duma and the Coordinating Committee "Against the implementation of the UEC", which oppose law No. 210-FZ, but meanwhile advocate the adoption of the Federal Law on the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation in the form of a standard document without biometric data and electronic media. According to the Communists, the party is acting on President Vladimir Putin's promise that any initiative that collects at least 100,000 signatures will be submitted to the Duma as a matter of priority.
It is worth noting that the history of the release of a "multifunctional" universal electronic card has been going on for more than a year. A pilot project to issue these cards with a budget of 150 billion rubles was launched in Russia back in 2010.
At that time, according to the developers of the "electronic miracle", the ID-card should have become an indispensable attribute of every Russian over the age of 14, and would be useful for all occasions, a kind of alternative, familiar, for example, to Moscow pensioners as the "Moskvich Social Card" only with great opportunities. It was planned to save all information about the owner on the card: insurance policy, pension certificate, social and bank cards, and even a ticket for all types of public transport. Moreover, they were going to make electronic innovation marital status, data on property and blood type - if God forbid, trouble will happen to a person.
In a number of regions, in addition to standard services, they tried to place additional functions on the cards. For example, on electronic cards ah in Krasnodar Territory it was proposed to introduce an application with which you can pay public utilities, traffic police fines and public transport. AT Astrakhan region with the help of the UEC - to introduce a system for monitoring school attendance, paying for meals in the canteen and receiving library literature for children.
Despite the pilot launch in individual regions of the Russian Federation, the idea of providing the population with electronic cards all over Russia has not yet been implemented. Among the reasons for the postponement of the issuance of cards were various problems. These are the difficulties associated with the requirement of the federal authorities that the UEC has a domestic chip, and that there is a search for certified specialists - developers. Also, information appeared in the media that the government had almost halved state funding for the project and decided to transfer responsibility for its implementation to commercial banks. Then the State Duma, in turn, passed a law according to which the issuance of ID-cards was postponed from 2012 to 2013. Now, the start date for the mandatory issuance of a universal electronic card to Russians, which, combined with an identity card, has been postponed for another year from 2014 to 2015 And it is assumed that in 2015 UEC will replace electronic passports, which will be able to have the same advanced functions. The validity period of such an electronic card is designed for 10 years, during this period internal passports will still be valid, and the Federal Migration Service will issue new passports in the form of cards.
“Two months ago, the Communist Party faction submitted to the State Duma a bill on a paper passport. We believe that there should be no chips, no machine readable records. Everything should be simple and understandable, only the last name, patronymic, year of birth, blood type and, possibly, religion, ”said Vladimir Fedotkin, a State Duma deputy and the main developer of the bill “On the Passport of a Citizen of the Russian Federation”.
“Most of all, what scares me is that on a small piece of plastic you can write not only the name, surname and patronymic of a person, but also his whole fate. Who will use this information and for what - these are unanswered questions,” he said.
It is worth noting that several years ago, adopted on March 9, 2011, the law of Moscow "On the universal electronic card" caused discontent among various categories of citizens. The prospect of being “under the hood” of Muscovite officials did not please. So after the adoption of the law "On the Universal Electronic Card" the city parliament received up to 10 thousand appeals against the introduction of UEC - services. The State Duma recorded even more such appeals - over 10,000. Muscovites have repeatedly staged protests in front of the city hall and on Pushkinskaya Square. At that time, almost 38% of citizens opposed having their personal data under control. What was it connected with?
The situation with the protection of personal data in our country is too far from perfect, you will not surprise anyone with another “scandalous” story with the sale of a database on the market. Not surprisingly, the law provoked a negative reaction from Muscovites. Even at the Nuremberg Trials, it was established that assigning depersonalizing numbers to people is a crime that does not have a statute of limitations, - notes the deputy of the city parliament Andrei Klychkov, - it turns out that each person is assigned a number, and with one button you can turn it off from all services and delete it from history . Therefore, today we are together with public organizations we oppose the introduction of digital media, for the preservation of the validity of the passport and for the abolition of the 210th federal law "
Characteristically, in a number of countries, in particular in South Korea, China, Germany and England, the experience of issuing electronic cards proved to be untenable, and due to the inability to ensure the security of personal data, these services were suspended and canceled.
Maria Klimanov

A campaign against the project developed by the FMS of the Russian Federation has begun in the Orthodox media and the Internet.

From some well-known human rights activists, there are statements about the start of the mass issuance of an electronic passport to all citizens of Russia as early as January 2015 on the basis of this Decree. Citizens once again experienced shock and call lawyers with the question: “How to refuse an electronic passport, prevent the adoption of the Decree?”. Let's first deal with the content of the draft Presidential Decree and study the situation as a whole.

Seeing the active rejection by society of an electronic passport, the creation of electronic databases of personal data on all Russian citizens, which include all the information about each of us, the FMS of the Russian Federation is trying to transfer the initiative and responsibility to the President of the Russian Federation. For this purpose, a draft Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On the issuance and use of a new generation identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation" has been prepared. Modernizers rely on the increased authority and high rating of the President in connection with his decisive and competent actions on the issue of the annexation of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. The Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation is trying to use this authority as a lever to move towards its cherished goal.

Before the adoption of the federal law on the main document, the FMS is in a hurry to introduce 300,000 electronic identity cards on a trial basis. The draft Decree provides for the issuance from January 1, 2015 of the main identity document in the form of a plastic card with an electronic storage medium containing personal data of a citizen in electronic and graphic form, including biometric data, as well as means and keys of electronic signatures.

Without thinking about the possible negative consequences, the FMS proposes to issue electronic certificates in the Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, as well as in the Krasnodar Territory and Rostov region. For the experiment, thoughtlessly, and perhaps deliberately, regions were chosen where the political and economic situation is under the gun of an openly hostile Ukraine that claims Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as the European Union and the United States. These, so to speak, “partners” have set a fraternal state against Russia, they feed it financially, they support informationally and politically the actions of the Ukrainian authorities that contradict the Constitution of Ukraine and international law. Europe and the United States are trying to put pressure on Russia through sanctions, misinform the world community about the events in Ukraine, and groundlessly accuse our country of interfering in the affairs of Ukraine. Despite the display of restraint, adherence to norms international law, compliance with all agreements and treaties on the part of Russia, the actions of Ukraine, the European Union and the United States clearly demonstrate their attitude towards confrontation with our country.

History shows that tensions between countries and international alliances tend to defuse in the form of military conflicts. There are no guarantees against such a development of events and in the current political situation. This obliges us to take precautions, the need for increased security measures in regions that, even theoretically, can become hotbeds of military conflicts. The issuance of electronic documents to the population, the creation of electronic databases of personal data on its own population is dangerous in any region of the state. The introduction of electronic identity cards entails the creation of a unified register of identity documents, provided for by the draft Federal Law "On the main document proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation" and the draft Federal Law "On state register basic documents proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation. The specified registry must contain all information about the person, including biometric data. There are no exceptions for military personnel and members of their families.

An electronic database of personal data on military personnel and their families is a huge help for any forces in the fight against Russia. However, such a simple conclusion, which any sane person will draw, is apparently inaccessible to those who are in a hurry to fulfill international obligations given in a different political situation and dangerous for the country at the present time. Another ill-considered step towards the fulfillment of dangerous obligations is the electronic cards of military personnel. Since 2014, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have begun the introduction of personal electronic cards of a serviceman (conscript). These innovations cause justified concern among military personnel and their families. The danger of electronic recording of personal data is understood not only by citizens, but also by sober-minded and competent authorities.

Deputy of the Moscow Regional Duma, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Transport Infrastructure, Communications and Informatization S.I. Zinina sent an appeal to the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation (No. 4-538-100 dated April 26, 2014), in which she pointed out the danger of introducing electronic cards for military personnel: “... There are fears that with the introduction of an electronic passport for a conscript, specific information about military personnel, including their location , may be at the disposal of non-core structures, including commercial and foreign ones, involved in the production of "chips", tracking equipment, software and computer support ... ... Domestic military experts, specialists in the field electronic technology they unanimously assert that the "chipization" of the personnel of the Armed Forces is a very reckless step that allows the secret services of states hostile to us to seize control of our army, which have a sufficiently developed material and technical base for this. At the same time, no, even the most modern advanced protection tools can eliminate such threats. Why waste Russia's resources and funds by putting at stake (in the literal and figurative sense of the word) the defense capability of our country and the lives of its defenders?

Due to the fact that the issue of issuing electronic cards of military personnel Russian Army is not only military, but also social and political in nature, and the use of electronic cards with chips can bring significant harm to the country and its citizens, I ask you to stop the introduction of the draftee's electronic passport.” Reasonable warnings went unheeded. From the answer to the deputy S.I. Zinina of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, it clearly follows that the forces promoting Russia into a world supranational state controlled from a single electronic center, is not afraid of the loss of the sovereignty of the country and the threat to the security of its citizens. Electronic cards of military personnel are only an element of a single plan for “electronization of the entire population of Russia”. This does not even require special federal laws.

The response of the General Staff of the Russian Federation (No. 315/4/2390 dated May 21, 2014) to the deputy’s appeal openly states that the introduction of electronic cards for military personnel is carried out in pursuance of Federal Law No. 210 “On the organization of the provision of state and municipal services”. This law introduces a universal electronic card (UEC), on the basis of which all citizens get access to electronic services. This law provides for the right to refuse to receive UEC. Its receipt is not mandatory, which is expressly provided for in Article 26 of the Federal Law No. 210. However, the provision of this article in relation to conscripts was ignored. The content of Federal Law No. 210 has nothing to do with the defense of the country and the issues of documenting military personnel. The law does not contain provisions obliging military personnel to obtain an electronic card. The issuance of documents to military personnel and their form should be determined by the Ministry of Defense and carried out by its departments. Forms of documents of military personnel must first of all meet the interests of the national security of the state and its armed forces. But for experimenters, the momentary and, moreover, very illusory profit from the sale is in the first place. electronic services. For the sake of profit, you can sacrifice both national security and the security of military personnel. In addition, the issuance of electronic cards to conscripts is another brick in the construction e-government”, as well as a demonstration of the fulfillment of obligations and the timing of the transfer of the activities of all bodies to a “transparent electronic form”, stipulated in international treaties.
